One Creative Way to Learn Astronomy Vocabulary




Teaching vocabulary can be a mundane activity. Yet, we KNOW just how important content area vocabulary is to learning complex content. You and your students are sure to enjoy this activity for learning astronomy vocabulary. 

HOW WILL STUDENTS LEARN ASTRONOMY VOCABULARY?

With this activity, students work together to figure out the space-themed brand names of popular brands. In doing so, students learn and practice their astronomy vocabulary. To begin your lesson, you might wish to pre-teach challenging words or less familiar terms. You can use this worksheet/activity for practice after.
